Thank you for your interest in vendor space at the Cinch Timed Event Championships Trade Show at the Lazy E Arena to be held
March 13-15, 2020.
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to be a part of the 2020 Cinch Timed Event Championship Trade Show! The event will once again showcase the Cinch Fan Zone featuring contestant autograph sessions, interactive fan games, live feed action, past CTEC event footage, dummy ropings, and a cocktail lounge just to mention a few of this space’s exciting highlights.
The Cinch Fan Zone is THE place for CTEC Fans! All promotional drawing signups, which include but are not limited to, behind the chute access passes, Yeti Coolers, and Cinch Jeans, will only be held in the CFZ. Some of our heaviest promotions’ pre-event will be focused on the CFZ and activities held there! The Lazy E will pull out all the stops to make this a prime location for your business.
· The 4th Annual Jr. Ironman Championship will be held. The Jr. Ironman showcases the ten-best all-around high school cowboys in North America. This adds three additional performances to highlight your goods. Eight total performances!
· Indoor vending fees in the Cinch Fan Zone will be $5.00 per square foot and spaces within the Arena Concourse will be $6.00 per square foot.
· Vendors will be selected to participate based on products and services offered. Returning vendors will have first right to renew their same space location and/or request an alternate location based on availability.
Wi-Fi service is available in the arena by selection “Lazy E WiFi” through your browser – fees will apply.
To request vending space:
· Complete the Online Trade Show Application below - include your Oklahoma Sales Tax number, or indicate “Mail Post Event,” or if applicable “Display Only – No Sales.”
· Submit your deposit payment via PayPal to TSharp@LazyE.com, in the amount of 50% of your requested vendor space fees. Be sure to include a notation “Payment for the 2020 CTEC.”
· By submitting a completed online form, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions. On the second page of the application. The vending information and forms can also be found at www.lazyetec.com/tradeshow-vendor-app.
· Acceptance is not final until a completed application and deposit is received. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
To request camping space:
Contact the Lazy E Office at 405.282.3004 or 800.595.7433 to make a space reservation. RV reservations must be charged to a credit card at the time of reservation and all reservations are final. For a list of Lazy E preferred hotels click on this link: Hotels.
Vendors who are selected to participate in the 2020 Cinch Timed Event Championships Trade Show will have until February 1, 2020 to submit their remaining balance due, to avoid a late fee of 15%. Vendors who are not assigned space will receive a full refund representing the amount submitted. Sponsors will have priority placement and remaining spaces will be made available to vendors. Previous CTEC Vendors will have an opportunity to apply prior to applications being opened to new vendors.
